Dear Mr/Mrs,

Ever since I was young, I've always been interest in art - at the beginning mainly with painting, wood carving, for the last few years ceramic carving. Not only is creating my profession, but above all, it's my passion. The awarnessthe some works of mine decorate so many places, gives me great pleasure and satisfaction.

I cooperate with galleries, shops and interior designers. My works can be found in many privat collections. I take part in the exhibitions, in the open air and in the various art fairs. I realize projects and authorial works.

You are welcome to see some examples of my ceramic works on this website. There are mainly the indoor sculptures, bas-reliefs, masques, reliefs, tiles and ceramic paintings.

Iam the author of all the works in my website, their creation was based upon my projects. I made the works myself, I sign and then I catalogue them.

Katarzyna Urbaniak

Katarzyna Urbaniak was born and lives in Poland.

Since childhood has been active in art. As a teenager took courses of drawing and sculpture in Zakopane (Poland) and in woodcarving workshops and an exhibition in Bayonne (France).

She is a graduate of Państwowe Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych im. Antoniego Kenara w Zakopanem (State Art High School of Antoni Kenar)- – a school with traditions of 130 years of woodcarving and an excellent staff of artists – Władysław Hasior included.

Katarzyna Urbaniak is active creating sculptures, bas-reliefs and reliefs. She prefer clay as a material but she also make her works using wood, resin, sandstone, metals and glass. She varies sculptural forms by painting and graphic means.
She take inspiration from her own connotations which are quintessences of her own perceptions, private experiences, observations of people and their existence in the present world.

She is a member of Polish Artists Association ' ZPAP PSU' and also Polish Ceramists Association "ZCP "

Since a few years Katarzyna Urbaniak has been traveling and taking part in international art workshops, exhibitions, and conferences in Poland and other countries.

Her works can be found in many art galleries and private collections in Poland, Norway, Hungary, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Great Britain, USA and other countries
